Scott Stevens Director of Client ServicesScott provides direction to ProjectCorps’ consultant team and is responsible for client engagements in our key industry sectors. He has over 20 years of experience as a senior business leader in strategic business planning, program/project planning and management, process re-engineering, and software application implementation and testing. A veteran in the financial services operations industry, Scott has held senior roles with a number of leading national firms.
Scott has deep knowledge and experience in change leadership and brings a dynamic yet, composed style in addressing difficult business problems that clients respect and appreciate. He offers a unique and insightful approach to strategic problem solving and team building—having built a “best–in–class” team of project managers.
Scott holds a B.B.A. from Harding University, a masters certificate in applied project management from Villanova University and is a credentialed Project Management Professional (PMP®).
Away from work, Scott enjoys gourmet cooking, photography, travel, hiking, and spending time with his family.
