We will be providing a half-day workshop in October on Enterprise Program Management: Delivering in Your Multi-Project Environment, co-hosted by the Puget Sound PMI chapter.

Shelley Gaddie will lead people through a framework and practical approach that allows businesses to be nimble and responsive to the marketplace and remain competitive in a changing economy. Attendees will have opportunities for in-depth discussion and participation to learn practical techniques for understanding their level of project management maturity and creating a clear roadmap for moving forward.
